The connect module contains a radio and GNSS module, a separate battery and various sensors. You can only use eBike Alarm after installing this additional component. Then simply activate the eBike Alarm digital service via the eBike Flow app.
eBike Alarm is the alarm function and the ideal supplement to a mechanical lock for even better theft protection: After a one-time installation via the eBike Flow app, your smartphone serves as a digital key. If you switch off your eBike, eBike Alarm activates automatically. It reacts to the slightest movement with alarm signals.
Your eBike emits an acoustic and visual alarm if someone tries to tamper with it without a valid digital key: A smart motion detector means it can tell whether your eBike is moved a little or a lot. As well as emitting an acoustic alarm, it sends a notification to your smartphone if strong movements are detected. You will only be informed in relevant situations. This way you don't worry unnecessarily, but in the event of an emergency you can contact the police.
Park your eBike with ease of mind: The eBike Flow app shows you your eBike's location as well as its security status - i.e. whether eBike Alarm and eBike Lock are active. This means you don't have to worry about protecting your eBike or finding it again.
First test before you decide: eBike Alarm is included in the purchase price of a ConnectModule for 12 months from the time of activation in the eBike Flow app*. The eBike Alarm digital service is not automatically renewed thereafter. If you want to continue using it after twelve months, eBike Alarm costs €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year.
Please note: Bosch connect modules may not be compatible with all bikes featuring a Bosch motor due to variations in motor cover design - please check compatibility with your manufacturer before purchase.
*The eBike Flow app can be downloaded from the relevant app store at no additional cost. The eBike Flow app can only be used after prior registration and conclusion of a separate user agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH, Bosch eBike Systems.

Boxed Bike Delivery
FREE boxed bike delivery Our Standard Boxed Delivery for bikes is FREE to UK mainland locations (excluding Highlands where there is an additional surcharge payable).
We can also deliver a bike to BT Northern Ireland and IM Isle Of Man subject to surcharges plus Orkney and Shetland Islands, please refer to the map below for our current prices, for other non mainland locations please contact us for a quote.
Sorry but boxed delivery is not available for Cargo bikes due to their larger size.
Ready2Ride Delivery
Choose our Ready2Ride Service and one of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. Ready2Ride Delivery For Cargo Bikes
As our electric cargo bikes are larger than standard electric bikes these are only available for home delivery via our Ready2Ride delivery option (or click and collect). One of our team will deliver your new bike, fully built, configured and tested, we will personally hand over your new bike, make adjustments if required and can also wait while you take a short test ride round the block. This premium delivery is available to locations within a 50-75 miles radius of one of our stores. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will be available to select at checkout. Place an order for £50 or more and delivery is free to mainland UK (including Highlands), for an order under £50 delivery is charged at £8.99.
