1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

Returns

1.18 If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return your bike / item please note:

  • Bikes/Items must be returned complete including the charger, accessories and manuals and in their original box (if applicable)
  • Bikes/Items must be in an unused condition
  • Bikes must have no more than 5 'test' miles completed

Any bikes that do not meet this criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis and a restocking fee may apply at our discretion.

1.19 For Distance (online & Mail Order) Selling:
You are allowed to return an item if you simply change your mind. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your order cancellation to return the goods.

Customers are responsible for any charges for returning a bike/item which is not damaged or faulty. If we arrange collection of a bike, the delivery charge may be deducted from any refund we make. Please contact us to obtain a quote.

If your bike develops a fault, please contact our customer service team by calling 0117 452 6571 who will be able to assist you

1.20 For Faulty Goods:
You have a right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund within 30 days of your order being delivered. You are also not liable for return postage. 

Cancellations

1.21 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by calling 0117 452 6571 who will be able to assist you.

Warranty

1.22 If your bike/item develops a fault, please contact our customer service team by calling 0117 452 6571 who will be able to assist you

1.23 All of our new products are offered with a manufacturers warranty. Please consult the manufacturers warranty statement to confirm extent of cover and exclusions. Common exclusions are often as follows:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Commercial use
  • Damage to products due to being improperly installed, handled or repaired
  • Products that have been modified, poorly maintained or neglected
  • Product damage from anything other than defects in product material

1.24 Used, clearance, ex-demo or discounted products may be subject to a reduced warranty. Please confirm at the time of purchase.

Pricing and Availability

1.25 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible, cancel the order, issue a full refund.

Law and jurisdiction

1.27 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
