To purchase an electric bike and accessories via the Green Commute Initiative (GCI), simply pop into one of our stores or contact our Customer Services team who will be able to handle the process for you.
If you have reserved your order with us already simply email your voucher to us. We'll apply it to your order & process it for you.

During busy periods, availability of bikes can change quickly therefore we advise customers to reserve their order to avoid disappointment. An order can be reserved by a £500 deposit which is refunded when your voucher has been redeemed
If you employer is registered with GCI then you'll also need your 'Employer Code' (provided by your employer).

If your employer is not registered with GCI, you can use their Instant GCI service which will produce a one-off, pro-forma invoice you can present to your employer to pay. GCI will deal with all of the paperwork for you and them.
