Orders of bikes placed after Wednesday 13th will be processed as normal and our team of hard working elves will do their very best to get your bike to you ahead of Santa's sleigh, but delivery may be after the festive break.

For parts and accessories last orders need to be placed before midnight on Tuesday 19th.
We have a great selection of gifts for the keen cyclists, water bottles from £4.95, bags from £11.99, pumps from £9.99, we also have specialist bike cleaning products from £6.99.
Also available are Electric Bike Shop gift vouchers which can be redeemed in any of our stores.

To give our hard working staff a well deserved break over the festive period our stores will be closing at 5.30pm on Saturday 23rd December.
We will remain closed until Saturday 30th December when our stores will be open from 9.30am to 5.30pm.
We will be closed on New Years Eve and New Years Day.
Stores will reopen as normal on Tuesday 2nd January at 9.30am.
While we are closed emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls to our Customer Service team will be monitored (apart from Christmas Day and Boxing Day) - we aim to reply to emails and messages but it may take a little longer than normal.
During the Xmas period, where possible, our online Live Chat will be operating too. If you can't chat live then please send us a message and one of the team will be in contact when we are able to reply.
