A survey of leading cargo bike manufacturers has revealed that growth in the market is predicted to be in excess of 65% for 2021/2022. A huge increase on the sub-40% growth seen like-for-like last year.
Anecdotally, our enquiries have grown exponentially recently indicating there is a real appetite for cargo bikes for both commercial and personal applications which has led us to offer a commercial ecargo bike trial for prospective buyers
We are currently positioning ourselves with distributors so we get ahead of the curve as growth begins to take hold.
If the
Government really wants to cut carbon emissions, we believe they should be considering subsidising electric bikes and cargo bikes to induce a switch from private and commercial vehicles use which would really see tangible cuts in emissions very quickly.
