If you have reserved your order with us already simply email your voucher to us. We'll apply it to your order & process it for you.
During busy periods, availability of bikes can change quickly therefore we advise customers to reserve their order to avoid disappointment. An order can be reserved by a £500 deposit which is refunded when your certificate has been redeemed

You can apply for your certificate by entering your order details on the Cyclescheme website. Note: You'll require your Employer Code (provided by your employer) and also your Payroll Number (shown on your payslip).#
