To purchase an electric bike and accessories via My Benefits World, simply pop into one of our stores or contact our Customer Services team who will be able to handle the process for you.
If you have reserved your order with us already simply email your voucher to us. We'll apply it to your order & process it for you.
During busy periods, availability of bikes can change quickly therefore we advise customers to reserve their order to avoid disappointment. An order can be reserved by a £500 deposit which is refunded when your voucher has been redeemed
